I started K1 Outdoors because I kept noticing the same thing: people wanted to get outside, but the gear and the setup kept getting in the way. A trip that should've been about the lake, the mountains, or just a weekend off instead turned into wrestling a tent in the dark or spending a paycheque on gear you'd use twice a year.
K1 is my answer to that. You pick up a tent that's already clean and ready to go from our NW Edmonton location — so the hard part is already done before you even leave the city. That's the whole idea behind "Camping Made Easy," and it's the promise I hold every rental to.
